  • Flowers

Bought 2 packs of 白蘭花from an old man at the MTR this morning. Was surprised that the price has gone up so much-- $10 each. Is it because of Central station or inflation?

I gave one to Grandma and placed the other on my desk. It smells so good.

  • 努力了一番, finally logged onto Geo-park website and registed the gro-tour for free!! This is my first time utilising my right of a Hong Kong citizen, joining free government event. Look forward to hiking at the National Geo Park!

Bought馬玉山蓮子白木茸powder today. Description sounds like it is very healthy so I think it'll be better than Horlick. From now on, I am going to live healthier, the first thing I need to do is resume my daily exercise routine and eat health food. Health is the most important and precious thing in our lives and I now learned to appreciate.

Want to do voluntary work. Something that can really help those in need.

  • Crabs

Had Hairy Crab dinner with buddies at East Ocean last Thursday. One of Cannie's crab was staled but the waiter changed it for her at once. Food was good and had a lovely time.

Then the next day, it was grandps's bday. I happened to sit with Aunt Kessler and we finished a bottle of free red wine provided by the restaurant.

Ivan and I went shpping because it was Sogo annual sale. (Didn't buy anything though). On my way home, I suddenly feel v. dizzy, my face turned totally white and vision was blur. When I squad down, I felt perfectly ok; and when I stood up, I felt super dizzy again. So I had to squad down like mainlander on MTR...

    I blame the crabs.

Or perhaps I had hairy crabs on Thur night and a 柿on Friday lunch?

  • Cafe Gray

2 weeks ago, I went hotpot with mare, gerald and elaine at 三希樓, a place for Sichuan spicy hotpot. Food it good and it wasn't too expensive, around $ 300 per person. But then, you have to take a taxi because it is located at Garden Road, which is in the middle of nowhere.

Went to Cafe Gray for a drink afterwards. The cafe has a spectacular view overlooking the whole central and victoria harbour. But we chose to sit at the hotel lounge with a nice warm fire place. Since we're getting older, we prefer drinking red wine at some warm and quiet place. The red we ordered was quite nice, costs around $450. Elaine checked it on the internet and found that the price wasn't marked up too much. So we've decided that Cafe Gray was quite reasonable. And they got a really nice ladies room.

  • Going climbing tonight at SKM but I didn't really feel like to. Not physically tired, just didn't want to do anything at all. Living in Kwai Chung is very tiring. The journey to and from office is not as bad as I thought, but it's time consuming. Can't wait to move back to MK.

  • Old blog entries

Was trying to copy all old blog entries to word and keep it for reference. During the process, I read some of the old blog entries, feeling nostalgia and confused. When we've decided to move to Sydney and that whole year in Sydney seems like yesterday. We sure had alot of happy times, but the feeling is complicated. I also found out that some older blog entries written in Chinese are unreadable due to the wrong encoding. Then I've decided NOT to keep any copies in my hard disk. If the whole blog collasps one day, just let it be. My life goes on and it is unnecessary to read what I've written in the past.

Visited Tung at hospital yesterday evening. Was really surprised to see that he looks totally healthy and well. We stayed there for around an hour keeping him company. I could imagine him feeling really bored during the day with nothing to do except reading newspaper.

I wish the Amazon iphone app could be used in Hong Kong. If the Kindle international version has been realized, what difference would it make to let people outside US to order digital books from them?

Will be watching This Is It tonight!!
